Medical Detox
Our medically supervised detox program provides around-the-clock care to help patients safely manage withdrawal. Licensed by the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) for Acute Treatment Services (ATS), our clinical and nursing team monitors every patient continuously and coordinates the transition to the appropriate next level of care.
Residential Addiction Treatment
Our 30-day residential addiction treatment program offers a structured, supportive environment for individuals seeking lasting recovery. Each individual is assigned a primary clinician within 24 hours of admission and receives weekly one-on-one sessions alongside daily group therapy, psychoeducation, and holistic wellness activities.
Residential Mental Health Program
Bedrock Recovery Center is the first private facility in Massachusetts licensed for primary residential mental health care. Our short-term program includes psychiatric stabilization, medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, and wellness activities, all delivered by a team of registered nurses, a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and master's-level clinicians.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Bedrock places a strong emphasis on medication-assisted treatment to treat alcohol and opioid use disorder. Every interested client is paired with a MAT coordinator to develop an individualized plan. MAT services are available both during active treatment and as continuing care following discharge.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Many individuals struggling with addiction also face co-occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression disorders, PTSD, or bipolar disorder. Our dual diagnosis program addresses both disorders simultaneously, using evidence-based therapies and psychiatric support to treat the whole person and reduce the risk of relapse.
Aftercare Planning
Recovery does not end at discharge. Hygiene products are allowed after staff inspection. Electronics without camera or WiFi capability (such as MP3 players, Kindles, and headphones) may be brought. Residential patients follow a structured daily schedule that includes morning fresh air breaks, peer-led meditation, breakfast, gym time, process groups, psychoeducation groups, coping skills groups, lunch, health and wellness groups, afternoon activity time, dinner, AA/NA commitment meetings, and an evening wrap-up. Lights out is at 11pm. The schedule is designed to build healthy routines that carry over into life after treatment.
Yes. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a major component of Bedrock’s programming. We offer MAT for alcohol and opioid use disorders, with medications that include buprenorphine, naltrexone, acamprosate, and others. Each interested patient is connected with a dedicated MAT coordinator to build an individualized plan that continues beyond residential treatment.
