Patrick Gorman, LICSW is an accomplished healthcare leader renowned for his ability to drive positive outcomes while optimizing operational efficiencies across the patient care continuum. Holding a Master of Social Work degree from Bridgewater State University, he brings a wealth of experience in acute psychiatric settings, having fulfilled various roles including Director of Clinical Services, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Office.

Passionate about trauma-informed care, Patrick’s clinical acumen is rooted in diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, logo therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems, existentialism, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Beyond his clinical contributions, Patrick is also celebrated as an award-winning composer and recording artist, showcasing his talents in contemporary classical piano and percussion.

Dr. Ronald Bugaoan is a board-certified addiction psychiatry specialist in Massachusetts and has over 21 years of experience in the medical field.

He graduated from Far Eastern University: Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in 1999 and completed his fellowship with Boston University Medical Center. Dr Bugaoan is a speaker for Naltrexone Long Acting Injection and Buprenorphine Extended Release Injection. His ultimate goal for any patient is remission and recovery.

Sue received her Master of Science in Integrated Community Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders in Adults from Southern New Hampshire University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and Hospitality Management from Syracuse University. Prior to joining the Bedrock team, Sue worked in many treatment settings, primarily focusing on dual diagnosis care.

An experienced and well-rounded clinician, Sue has worked as an individual therapist and group facilitator in community mental health outreach, detox, outpatient, and PHP settings. Sue applies her clinical skills, along with her personal knowledge as a person in long-term recovery, to shape the treatment experience for patient success with her passion and dedication.

Brittany graduated from Westfield State University with a dual degree in criminal justice and psychology and continued to complete her Master of Science in Criminal Justice at Lasell College.

Brittany is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and has experience working with both men and women living with substance use and co-occurring disorders in inpatient and correctional settings.

Brittany specializes in care coordination to set up the best possible outcomes for her patients. She enjoys hiking with her dogs and spending time with her family.

Mariajose Lozada-Oliva has over 6 years of experience providing care to high-risk populations. Before her time at Bedrock, she worked in the field providing trauma informed care and advocacy to communities of color. Mariajose specializes in care coordination and resource gathering for individuals dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. Mariajose obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology with a Criminal Justice concentration from Suffolk University and is currently pursuing licensure through the Massachusetts Board of Substance Abuse Counselors. Her passions include increasing awareness for stigmatized communities and providing culturally competent care to all to ensure every individual has a path to obtain lifelong recovery.

Dr. Amy Fitzpatrick is chief medical officer at Ark Behavioral Health and assistant professor of medicine at Boston University. Her clinical work includes serving as a primary care physician at Boston Medical Center, where she also provides addiction care in inpatient and outpatient settings and conducts research in the Clinical Addiction Research and Education (CARE) unit.

Dr. Fitzpatrick also works with the Massachusetts Consultation Service for the Treatment of Addiction and Pain (MCSTAP), helping clinicians across the state adopt evidence-based practices for screening for, diagnosing, and treating substance use disorders and/or chronic pain and managing patient care, including through real-time telephone consultations with patients.
