Jessica graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a minor in psychology. She is a certified Recovery Coach and an LADC II.

Jessica has worked with individuals with substance use disorder for eight years in various roles, from community-based supports to inpatient settings. She uses this vast experience to build a strong foundation and connect people to available resources that support lasting recovery.

Dr. Ronald Bugaoan is a board-certified addiction psychiatry specialist in Massachusetts and has over 21 years of experience in the medical field.

He graduated from Far Eastern University: Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in 1999 and completed his fellowship with Boston University Medical Center. Dr Bugaoan is a speaker for Naltrexone Long Acting Injection and Buprenorphine Extended Release Injection. His ultimate goal for any patient is remission and recovery.

Haley is a primary therapist at Northeast Addictions Treatment Center. Haley received her Bachelors of Social work at Plattsburgh State University in 2016, and then went on to get her Masters in Social Work at Simmons college in 2017. Recently, Haley obtained her license for a Licensed Certified Social Worker. Before Northeast, Haley worked for a crisis team, doing psychiatric evaluations for people of all age ranges, who were a psychiatric or substance use risk to themselves or others. Haley has also worked on an inpatient psychiatric floor, Partial Hospitalization Program and a Detox. Haley would describe herself as empathetic, a good listener, self-aware and committed. Haley utilizes a number of different therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and strength-based therapy.

Taylor graduated from Fisher College with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Human Services.

Taylor has worked in healthcare operations for five years, having extensive experience with human resources, compliance, data analytics, supply chain and facility management.

Taylor strives to ensure that every department in the facility is running smoothly, including analyzing how Bedrock can continue to accomplish the highest level of patient experience and satisfaction.

Her commitment to our patients and supporting our staff makes her an essential asset to Bedrock’s Leadership Team

Jennifer holds a L.A.D.C II and C.A.D.C. Currently she is working towards a BA in Business Administration with a Concentration in Healthcare.

Jennifer began her career in Behavioral Health in 2008. Her background includes a variety of roles throughout the continuum of care beginning with Acute Treatment Services to Outpatient levels of care. Before her role at Bedrock Recovery Center, she served as Program Coordinator for Recovering Champions Inc. While there, she took part in the program’s development, implementation of operational procedures, expansion, and also facilitating supervision and training to employees. Additionally, she serves on committees for non-profit organizations to support and engage persons by giving hope for sustainable recovery. Jennifer is a native of Dorchester, who currently lives in Southeastern MA with her husband and daughter.

Michelle is a Massachusetts Board Licensed Certified Social Worker and an Independently Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor with a master’s degree from Boston University. With over eight years of experience in the mental health and substance use field, including four transformative years at ARK Behavioral Health, she has developed extensive skills in treating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Michelle’s approach is rooted in person-centered care, emphasizing honest collaboration with her patients. She recognizes the interconnected nature of addiction and other mental health struggles and uses therapies like CBT and DBT to address various psychiatric disorders. As the Pathways Program Director, she leverages her unique skill set to guide patients towards lasting sobriety and satisfaction. Her work is characterized by compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her patients’ well-being.

Brittany graduated from Westfield State University with a dual degree in criminal justice and psychology and continued to complete her Master of Science in Criminal Justice at Lasell College.

Brittany is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and has experience working with both men and women living with substance use and co-occurring disorders in inpatient and correctional settings.

Brittany specializes in care coordination to set up the best possible outcomes for her patients. She enjoys hiking with her dogs and spending time with her family.

Mariajose Lozada-Oliva has over 6 years of experience providing care to high-risk populations. Before her time at Bedrock, she worked in the field providing trauma informed care and advocacy to communities of color. Mariajose specializes in care coordination and resource gathering for individuals dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. Mariajose obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology with a Criminal Justice concentration from Suffolk University and is currently pursuing licensure through the Massachusetts Board of Substance Abuse Counselors. Her passions include increasing awareness for stigmatized communities and providing culturally competent care to all to ensure every individual has a path to obtain lifelong recovery.

Nicole obtained her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She has over 20 years of experience working with patients suffering with acute psychiatric disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Nicole Worked for many years as a psychiatric crisis clinician, on the front lines of emergency rooms, triaging patients experiencing psychiatric emergencies.

Jillian received her Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science at Concordia College New York and then went on to get her Master’s Degree in Science with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy at Eastern Nazarene College Quincy. Jillian has experience working with the department of mental health and practives EMDR.
